This boutique travel venture, aimed at delivering extraordinary cycling, trekking and multi-adventure experiences to active enthusiasts, is very much a reflection of his passion and creativity.

Steve is not only the driving force behind MustGo’s innovative ideas but also the creative mastermind crafting our social media content, posters and promotional materials. From meticulously organizing every logistical detail to nurturing partnerships abroad, he is the glue that holds it all together. Whether he's handling countless emails, representing MustGo at fairs, or spearheading business development efforts, Steve manages nearly every aspect of the operation, often single-handedly.

Beyond his professional prowess, Steve’s personal accomplishments speak volumes about his dedication and endurance. He has completed the grueling LifeCycle Challenge seven times, cycling 2,000 km in 10 days, to support renal unit patients, is a six-time Half-Ironman finisher, a five-time Malta Half-Marathon finisher and impressively kayaked from Malta to Sicily in just 16 hours. His relentless drive, creativity and commitment make him not only the heart and soul of MustGo but also the person who ensures every adventure is extraordinary.

Romina brings a wealth of experience from the furniture and real estate industries, where she consistently thrived in sales and client-focused roles, often leading teams and driving results with her natural leadership and strategic mindset. Since MustGo’s inception, she has been instrumental in shaping the customer journey, ensuring participants not only see the value in their adventure but feel it from start to finish.

Romina has an uncanny ability to get things done...her way, the right way. She's a master of persuasion, a fierce advocate for our travellers and the first to go the extra mile when things don’t go to plan. Whether it’s finding creative solutions on the fly or moving mountains to make sure someone’s stay matches their expectations (even if it means swapping hotels at the eleventh hour), Romina’s dedication never wavers. Her intuitive, no-nonsense approach continues to elevate MustGo’s reputation for quality and care.

Aleandro Mifsud might be MustGo’s legal guy, but his role stretches far beyond contracts and compliance. With a background in law and years of experience in the travel world, Aleandro ensures every trip is legally sound and flawlessly structured. But he’s also the team’s resident problem-solver, digital fixer and all-around good vibes guy. From managing the website and socials to keeping the team laughing, Aleandro brings a unique mix of precision, positivity and playfulness to everything he does. No challenge is too big and no team meeting too serious when Aleandro’s around.

Michele might be our finance guy, but you’re just as likely to find him out on the trails as behind a calculator. With a calm presence and a sharp eye for detail, he’s the quiet engine keeping MustGo on track both financially and on the trails. Beyond the spreadsheets, Michele is the mastermind behind all our local treks in Malta...personally scouting, testing and tweaking each route to make sure everything’s safe, scenic and spot-on. While he might be the most soft-spoken in the room, his work speaks volumes. Dependable, down-to-earth and always game for an adventure, Michele keeps us grounded while helping our journeys go off without a hitch.

Cynthia is our media maverick in motion, always ready with a camera, an idea or a much-needed dose of motivation. She jumps in wherever she’s needed, from snapping action shots on the road to editing reels and helping shape content that brings our adventures to life. On cycling trips, she’s our backup, our motivator, our in-house photographer and hype woman - all rolled into one. With a background in social media management, law and data protection, she helps ensure MustGo stays compliant at every juncture while keeping our digital presence sharp, energetic and on brand. She keeps things upbeat, on track and a little more fun, just the way we like it.

Diana is one of the key forces behind our local treks, working closely with Michele to map and test each route ahead of time. With a background in scouting and a natural instinct for helping others, she also serves as MustGo’s official first aider - always prepared, always composed. While she’s soft-spoken, Diana’s presence never goes unnoticed. Her calm energy, quiet confidence and patient nature make participants feel at ease from the very first step. Whether it’s navigating a tricky path or offering a reassuring word, Diana brings a steady hand and a kind heart to every adventure.
